2. Account Registration & Google Login

You can register an account directly on our website or log in using Google Single Sign-On (SSO).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Account privacy and data processing are managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Products, Pricing & Payment Terms

Product Range: We sell toys, games, electrical items, health and beauty products, and general consumer goods.

Pricing: All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK taxes where applicable.

Payments: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By entering your payment details, you authorize Stripe to charge your card for the order total.

4. Shipping & Delivery Terms

We offer free UK delivery on all orders using Tracked 24.

Orders submitted before 1:00 PM on working days are shipped same day. While approximately 90% of deliveries arrive the next day, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns, Hygiene Restrictions & Refunds

You have 14 days from receipt of your goods to request a return by contacting contact@hnava.co.uk.

Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in brand-new, original condition at the customer's expense.

Hygiene Restriction: For health and safety reasons, all Health and Beauty products are non-refundable once delivered due to hygiene regulations.

Refunds are processed via Stripe following successful inspection of the returned items.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Hnava Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or purchased products.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
